Sessions run Monday to Sunday, by appointment — pick what usually suits you and we'll find the slot.

The first call is free and there's no obligation after it.
If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you to someone who is.
You'll know exactly what a session involves before you arrive.
Everything you tell me stays between us.
Payment is upfront or in person. You can reschedule once, free, with more than 24 hours' notice.
Forest sessions: carry on in the rain if you're game, or reschedule up to twice.
